Bug Fixes and Improvements

• The template library overview has been improved to better reflect the number of templates available to choose from.
• Navigation for the topic templates page has been improved for when a user is viewing a template.
• A minor aesthetic improvement for the alignment of some texts has been released.
• A small issue with sidebar navigation not properly being closed when rights have been changed has been fixed.
