Bug Fixes and Improvements

• A minor issue with the teacher feedback editor closing immediately after being opened has been fixed.
• Sometimes the template page was unresponsive after closing the login prompt, this has been fixed.
• When a user exceeded the maximum number of invites on the invite dialog an error should have been shown. This was not the case and now will be properly displayed.
