Sync your grades effortlessly
Kialo’s grading system is robust, but manually transcribing grades to your LMS can be a hassle. Now, Kialo can send students’ grades and overall feedback directly to your Canvas Gradebook — letting you spend less time on administrative tasks and more on engaging with students.
Simply click the Send Grades to LMS button when looking at the Grading Overview in Kialo, and your LMS will be updated automatically.
Bring your Groups to Kialo
Do you have Groups set up in Canvas to optimize student collaboration? Kialo can automatically reproduce them in its Small Group Mode!
Using your Canvas Groups on Kialo is easy:
- Set up your discussion in the Kialo Canvas app.
- Select Use LMS Groups in the Group Mode settings.
- Kialo can also be used with Canvas sections — simply select Sections after selecting Use LMS Groups.
- Kialo will automatically detect and replicate your Groups as students join — no extra steps needed!
